PotPlayer is the best vide player right now but that doesn't mean it couldn't be even better.

There is some misbehavior with how PotPlayer use TTS engine (Text to Speech). When subtitle times overlap player displays multiple lines simultaneously which is good even when sometime ago there wasn't any agreement how to cope with that.
It seems the problem is that it sends all visible subtitles to TTS engine (whole display buffer?) which translate to repeated spoken sentences whenever new overlapping line is shown.

Could you tweak PotPlayer to send only most recent line to TTS engine? That would resolve this problem for good. Which is most prevalent when subtitles translates signs or newspaper titles along Independent dialog.

P.S.
I doubt that PotPlayer is using some form of OCR to read screen content. Most certainly TTS engine is utilized like in this example: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms720163(v=vs.85).aspx. Am I wrong?
