PotPlayer does not remember the position of files that are streamed. For example, if you stream a podcast, Potplayer will not remember where you were if you playback the file at a different point. The only fix that would be required is allowing the adding of http files to the "RememberFiles" section of the .ini.

There might be a problem with determining a way to open a stream on requested time-stamp without a need to download preceding part. AFAIK only YouTube has some standard way to do that with parameter "t" inside a URL.

It probably wouldn't work with all streaming files, but .mp3 podcasts would be fine. I even tested it by manually adding an http streamed .mp3 to the .ini file and it was able to resume it.
