Instead of making Potplayer for Windows only, he/she should also look other two famous OS i.e Linux and MacOS.

I don't think it would take much time or its impossible to provide software to Linux too.

I am a beginner java developer. From my knowledge, if a user has a source code, he can make an application for any OS he likes. It's just a matter of interest.

"To reach a bigger audience" has become the principle/moto of any software distributor. Then what is he waiting for!?

Anyway, I really miss Potplayer here on Ubuntu 19.04 (Linux). The reason I choose Linux, after when I learned what "fast" and "stability" stands for. Whatever things I use in Windows can run 10 times faster in Linux. That's what I have experienced and choose to remain as a Linux user. The only this I miss is this app. But there is plenty of other alternatives to this app. Problem is I am "used to" of this app.

Always try the latest beta version (now x64 only) before continuing a discussion here.
When you have a problem (Follow steps 1,2,3)
This is NOT official support though. It is my contribution to Potplayer.
