Starting from v1.7.10667 64-bit, I have this problem. Previous 64-bit version was OK.

To reproduce:

- use option "Multi instances: Disable..."
- change some setting, use different skin for example (just to identify custom settings easily)
- use option "Store settings to .ini file"
- exit PP
- start PP
- exit PP and quickly start PP again (you need to wait until PP is closed, need to find the "right" time)
- repeat previous step few times
= sometimes, but quite often, PP starts with default settings, ini settings are ignored

- now exit PP, wait few seconds and start PP again
= custom settings are used correctly

It doesn't matter, if I start just PP, or if I start a file from file manager opened in PP, I can reproduce it often both ways.

I never had the same problem with any other program, 99% of my programs use ini file.

PP v1.7.10667 64-bit, Windows 10 Home 64-bit.
